The Jefferson County Board of Training is the policy-making body of the college district. The Negotiations Committee, chaired by Board President David Dietze works with the Superintendent, director of human resources, business administrator, and the college district’s attorneys to achieve equitable contracts with the 2 labor unions represented in the district.
The Communications Committee, chaired by Debbie Chang, supplies recommendation to the administration and board of training on messages, supply autos, and focus to ensure clarity, accuracy, and transparency of all district communications to all stakeholders.
